Lauren Winn is a licensed massage therapist trained in a number of effective massage modalities specializing in medical/clinical massage. She completed the majority of her training in Colorado and received her LMT Texas license in 2012. Lauren is professional, mature, respectful and dedicated to helping you feel better and improve your health. Integrated Bodyworks- where modalities such as clinical, swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, stretching, reflexology, cupping and aromatherapy are integrated into an ideal massage tailored to your needs. When Lauren isn't seeing clients you will find her foraging her property for medicinal and edible herbs, wandering her garden or loving on her animals.
Kimberly Muniz, LMT
With 27 years of dedicated experience, Kimberly is a highly skilled licensed massage therapist specializing in medical massage, Cranial Sacral therapy and myofascial release. Passionate about promoting holistic health and wellness, Kimberly has a profound understanding of the human body and a proven track record in helping clients achieve optimal physical and emotional well-being. Combining advanced techniques with compassionate care, Kimberly tailors each session to meet individual needs fostering recovery, relaxation and resilience.

Cancellation policy-24 hour advanced notice. If this advanced notice is not given, you will be charged a $25 no show fee the first time and will be required to pay the cost of the massage anytime thereafter.
Late Arrivals-If you arrive late, your sessions may be shortened by how late you are to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
